We participated in the webinar “Supply Chain Management and Prescriptive Analytics,” organized by CITET – Innovation Center for Logistics and Freight Transport, to share how, at Baobab Soluciones, we apply prescriptive analytics to improve supply chain management and decision-making in complex environments.
During the session, we explained in a practical way how mathematical models can help design more efficient logistics networks, evaluate different scenarios, and find the optimal balance between costs, capacity, and service levels.
Throughout the webinar, we also presented a real case study on logistics network design, analyzing decisions such as opening or closing warehouses, expanding capacity, or identifying new optimal locations. The content provides a clear view of our approach and how we transform complex operational problems into measurable and actionable solutions.
This session is especially useful for anyone looking to understand, in a practical way, how mathematics and optimization can generate real impact in logistics, supply chain, and operations. If you’re interested in learning more, you can watch the full webinar here:
